We stayed here for 3 nights. I think every room has some sort of pool, mostly whirlpools. The suites were spaciously built into the cave. When you walk in there is a couch and a little kitchenette. 2 steps up comes the bed, which was a little unconfortable for us, ending in a spacious bathroom with a shower. The balcony looks over the Caldera, but is built into the mountain facing away from the sunset. Breakfast is brought to your Balcony every morning. There are a lot of stairs, but they are happy to carry your lugguage up and down the stairs. They can organize a transport to the hotel for a fair price (only cheaper by bus). Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would come here again.
