Two thumbs down. Our beds had no comforters or blankets. Direct TV had issues, so there was no TV to watch. The front desk girl was trying to do three jobs in the diner next door. It took us forever to get checked in. The entrance has chairs by it that smokers use, so entering the hotel through a smoke screen is something you may have to deal with.
Always a good stay when were in Glendive!
Horrible stay booked a double queen got there at 11:30 and they only had single for me my wife and two kids I ended up sleeping in a chair will not ever go back
We checked for our room inside the Penny's dinner so I was not sure what to expect, when we got to our room it was clean, fresh new the only thing that was missing was a bed cover there was only a sheet on it ,there was a blanket on the shelf but no bedspread or comforter which I found weird. Everything else was updated nicely bathroom very clean kitchen area had full fridge and sink ,microwave too. We would recommend friends and family to stay here.
Great Breakfast at the Diner. It's a little unusual to check-in to the hotel at the diner but the staff is friendly and the hotel is nice.
The night clerk was stationed in the ajoining resturant and it took awhile for her to check me in. Then, the TV in the room didnt work, and she could not give us another room, or get it fixed. She had gotten busy at the resturant, and cut our conversation short. Plenty of other hotels near this one, I will not stay there again.
Found it strange that you check in at the diner in front of the hotel. The person that checked you in was not very pleasant. Then the morning breakfast At the diner was for carry out only.
No blanket for the bed but was easily remedied once I found someone
The front desk staffer was friendly but the service (checking in, checking out, and breakfast) was extremely slow. The room itself was not the cleanest I’ve seen but it was in ok condition. Huge complaint: the tv did not work and although they later told us the tv service has not worked for at least a week, they did not tell us this when we checked in. Wouldn’t recommend.
Arrived about 5 PM, had to wait for quite a while at the diner due to other customers. Then when it was our turn, we find out the girl at the desk had deleted all of the "cleaned/not cleaned/occupied" information so we had to wait over an hour to check in. Finally checked it; OOPS, the printer didn't work. We'll get you a copy later (never did). She told us about the coupons for the free breakfast, but OOPS, she ran out. Free breakfast looked kind of nasty anyway so we skipped it. Got to our room, nothing on the bed but a sheet. Called the front desk. Finally got tired of waiting after a second call and 90+ minutes and went to laundry room to get a blanket and pillows. Nice room, good condition, however, but incredibly poorly run front desk.
