Perfect stay
I needed a hotel for the night and this fit the bill since I needed to be close to Victoria Station. It was quaint and the staff were very helpful. I was able to walk around the area and get what I needed (e.g., restaurants and shops). Just a reminder to American travelers that the rooms are more European sized. I didn't mind at all and the bathroom shower was lovely. Also note for individuals who have difficulty with stairs - there is no elevator and you have to carry your suitcase up a small and narrow staircase (typical of an English townhouse).

Exceptional 10.0
Really cozy place. They could improve with a microwave and ice machine for guests and since they already have a kitchen for breakfast perhaps could add room service, simple dishes like sandwiches or croissants.

Terrible!! Very deceiving pictures
Hotels.com has no business representing this hotel as 3 star. The pictures online are extremely deceiving. The room was dirty and the walls were scratched up. The si glen rooms were so small that I could not even bring my suitcase through the door and the air conditioner was so archaic that it blew cold air directly over the bed. I am trying to negotiate a refund with hotels.com and I’m not getting anywhere. I regret not taking pictures of the rooms to document my case.

Good 6.0
Very small rooms but very pricey !!
Staff was good and so was the location of the hotel - 5 mins from Victoria Stn. Breakfast was also very good. My only complaint is about the size of the room. Mine was a single bed room. It was a severely cramped space with hardly any space to store luggage or set foot upon. In the room description, they didnt mention the size of the room and in the photographs, it's difficult to gauge the size. For that size of the room, the rate they charged was astronomical and hence wouldnt consider value for money. All in all it was very uncomfortable experience, but if you can manage that, then its a good place.

Poor 2.0
Unpleasant stay
The area was very convenient but the stay was not comfortable. The room was down stairs and seemed like it is use for storage at times. The room smelled, was dirty, carpet seemed pretty old, the blanket cover had some stains, the bathroom seemed nice until we noticed shower head was dusty and had spider webs. After we saw the room we asked the front desk if we can see another room we were told that the one we had was the best one so we never bothered the front desk after that. The reason we thought it was use for storage aside for it being unclean was that we noticed there was a stack of linen left outside our door every single day of our stay plus we would trip on the vacuum left outside our door almost every day. We also noticed that the bathroom floor is always wet. It seems that the bathroom doesn’t have enough ventilation so the moisture that collects rolls off the tile on the walls ends up on the floor. So we had a bunch of towels on the floor. For the bed we used our personal blankets and bought one also at a local store. We used our personal towels as well for showering. To top it off the day we left we checked out around 4 am to catch a flight so we asked the front to call a taxi in which he stated that we won’t be able to find a taxi, taxis are not available at this time and that in London people need to reserve a taxi a day to 6 hrs before to go to airport. I have never heard that anywhere so my wife and I had to struggle to go outside with our luggage for a taxi.
