The outside entrances were not working.
the lamps in the room were also non-operational. I checked all switches; I also checked the light bulbs. for whatever reason the only light in the room that was working was the bathroom light.
I had to visit the front desk to get my key card reprogrammed daily, lots of dead bugs in the shower.
I'm thankful I brought my own toiletries because all that was in the room was a complimentary bottle of lotion.
I did not use the coffee pot in the room because it was dirty to the point of, I was afraid I would get sick if I used it.
The smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallway made me physically ill. So, the 'no smoking' in the rooms is not correct advertising. The response from the front desk was minimal apologies at best, but I did not receive action on any of the issues I brought up to them.
Overall, I do not recommend staying here unless you just need a bed to sleep in for a few hours of sleep.
