I flew from Florida into Richmond and met 3 friends from North Carolina to play some quality golf courses in Virginia. The cabin was perfect for us. It was centrally located to all the courses we wanted to play. It slept 4 guys perfectly with comfortable beds. We ate in each night and all of the kitchen appliances and the gas grill were outstanding. The location is isolated, but we loved that. Everything we needed in the cabin was provided. Thanks for making our trip a blast!

Stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at a near by venue. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Will return again.

From start to finish Brenda was helpful, responsive and professional. Our family getting together happens infrequently and the Switzerland was a home away from home..it was everything needed for our Thanksgiving and more! Perfect for our needs!

If I could give this place a hundred stars I would! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay over the top! Brenda was so kind and communicated with us quickly every time! It is secluded but close enough to anything you need! My kids (older teen twins and young adult daughter) absolutely loved it! They said of all of our vacations, this was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed in! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!!

We had a wonderful time here! This home was beautiful and fit all of us very well during this family vacation from Maine and Massachusetts visiting our Virginians. The kids loved running around outdoors. The basement was perfect for the 2:30 a.m. tornado warning. It was great to have such a space to use. Thankfully it was just a precaution. Loved the house!

This is a fantastic vacation rental--beautifully secluded, surrounded by woods. Absolutely quiet and peaceful. :The cabin is immaculate. Everything you need is on the first floor, but there is an upstairs loft if you need more space. The kitchen is well-stocked [there was even Stevia when I was there! (a sugar-supplement that's not overly common yet)]. Brenda is a pleasure to communicate with--quickly responds and friendly/thoughtful. Lovely/comfortable decor. Very, very comfortable bed; main bedroom has adequate and pleasant lighting (the 2nd one seems like it does too, I just didn't stay in it). I would definitely consider staying again if I am out that way and it is available.
