We were mostly happy with our stay. The check in clerk was outstanding in every way. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were aware of the properties amenities.
The room was very clean and laid out perfectly with a comfortable couch, nice desk/eating area and King bed. The suite had everything one would need to relax, rest well and eat and prepare food. The lobby had some grocery items for sale which was quite convenient for us since we had a very long drive and didn't want to leave again just to buy food.
The door to the room is very thick and blocked out most hall noises. There were total blackout shades on the windows which were a plus.
The large shower had complementary shampoo and conditioner HOWEVER, my wife only got enough hot water for a five minute shower before it turned cold. Perhaps it was timing (too many guests showering at once?) or simply a certain amount of hot water alotted per shower, idk, but it made for a terrible start to our day. She wound up using conditioner to shave her legs with because the water was freezing. Nearly ruined the entire stay (we were dressing for a formal event). Certain amenities aren't luxuries, they're necessities, like hot water in 46° weather.
The location has many restaurants nearby as well as a 24 hour CVS.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely. I'll just pack an electric razor next time in case of emergencies.
