Everything was good. Nice clean room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The reason I give only 4 stars for the services is the front desk agent at Check-in. He was being sarcastic instead of helping the guests. Asked him where the washroom was, he showed me the way and said "The sign is everywhere, it's clearly signed". Asked him where is breakfast take place, what time does it started and ended, I got the same response "The sign is everywhere, it's clearly signed". And he kept saying " Anything else you need?" ( with an attitude). We would love to know more about the property and the services that Hampton Inn has to offer but we found him rude, unfriendly, and pushy so we just went to the room. Other than that, all the other personnel we encountered were very nice. Overall it was a good stay except that little incident. We would come back, just don't want to deal with that particular front desk agent.
