I recently stayed at BW and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon check-in, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied, which was quite unsettling. After bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were relocated to a new room, but we encountered further issues when the keys didn’t work. This required two trips back to the front desk to resolve.
Additionally, I found the hotel to be below the standard of any Best Western I’ve stayed at before. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the quality of the breakfast was poor and unclean.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
