It was absolutely amazing - starting with a beautiful interior design so you feel very cozy, then the people who work there are so friendly and ready to help. Especially good for alone travelers as there are many open-minded and cool people. The hostel environment also contributes to the environment of people talking to each other as the kitchen is very big and nice, there are many couches, sofas, chairs etc to chill out. Also every Thursday there is a free dinner to encourage the exchange of thoughts and drinks among travelers. Every Tuesday there is a Paella dinner which unfortunately I had to miss as I left earlier.
The hostel is very clean and they have many bathrooms and showers so there is never a waiting time, if you have forgotten your towel - don't worry, they have got you covered!
The lockers in the rooms give you an extra sense of security although the area is very very safe and nice. For 30 min walking you are at the beach. Oh, something I forgot - when you are in Barcelona you need, you really need to go watch the traditional Catalonian dance Flamenco - on Friday a girl from the hostel took us to a local place where not only they sang and dance amazingly but the food and drinks were very cheap and delicious. Usually flamenco for tourists is expensive, we paid only 12 EUR and it included a drink!
All in all thr best hostel I have ever stayed - I would not have any bad feedback!
