We booked a total of 7 nights however since we flew from North America, it was an innocent error that we got the ETA mixed up and we arrived one day late. We still checked into the hotel for the remainder of our stay and we begged/pled the hotel to waive the one night no show charge coz someone could lose their job for this error! But even when Expedia tried to help negotiate, the hotel showed zero empathy and insisted to charge the few hundred dollars and who cares if someone was to lose their job?! In today's world, money/profit should really not be everything, empathy, understanding, forgiveness and kindness should all come before a few hundred dollars. Personally I would never recommend this hotel ever and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from them.
