Revised: they rejected my initial review, although it did not break any of their guidlines, so obviously they simply do not wish to post my review as it has negatives as well as positives. Ive therefore changed my 4 star rating to 1. I am not changing the review, just adding this to it. When checking in, there are two offices. Gps directed me to the first. There was already a lady there arguing with check in, because they were overbooked and sold out and didnt have her room. The check in employee essentially said sorry oops, find another room. When she told me the same, i called the corporate line and we learned that my reservation was in the other office. She should have checked this for both reservations instead of me checking and should have offered to find the other woman a room. However, at the other office, when our cat. Had hidden somewhere in the room, the employee, also working entirely alone, left his post to help us find her. He was very nice. The room was good, aside from the floor being dirty and havin NO kitchen emplements whatsoever, not even soap or a sponge and the bathroom had no shampoo or anything, just one bar of soap.
