I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late the first night (around 2 AM) and went straight to bed, only to realize the AC wasn’t working. Exhausted, I didn’t have the energy to address it immediately. The next day, I returned late again and hoped for a better night, but the AC was still not functioning, leaving the room hot, stuffy, and smelling musty for my entire stay.
When I left my room to check out, the cleaning staff outside of my room openly admitted that they knew the AC in my room had not been working. This left me wondering why the hotel would knowingly rent out a room in such a state without addressing the issue or at least informing me.
I reported the incident to the supervisor after I left, expecting at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience or compensation for such a miserable stay. Instead, I was told that because I had already left the property, they would not provide any compensation.
This response was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. The lack of accountability and customer care at this hotel is shocking. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with a management team that values its guests, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration—I certainly will.
