Horrible stay
I’ll start with hotel staff was very kind. None of the issues were their fault or could be fixed by them.
The AC plug in was burnt and black. The AC unit did not work but was still plugged in. HUGE fire hazard had my husband not found that. We were hot all night as there was NO AC in the bedroom portion of our suite and we didn’t get to the hotel until it was too late to change rooms. The paint on the floor in the shower is peeling leaving the floor both a slipping hazard and uncomfortable at best under your feet. We had to shower in one pair of sandals we brought. The elevator stopped working and remained that way for our stay. We were in an accessible room as my husband is partially disabled. Leaving me and my children to carry luggage and wagons and dog kennel down multiple flights of stairs. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Not a huge deal but more of an annoyance in addition to all of the other issues. The hotel smelled of weed first thing in the morning. Overall we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay $20 more and stay at the Hilton. We booked this as a Wyndham member but we will never stay here again.
