Poor management
Booked a room with them for the wrong date. Didn’t know of my mistake until I received an email asking how my check in went. Caught me off guard because I thought I booked for Thanksgiving, Nov 28. Turns out I hit the 21st. I contacted Hotels.com and wanted to switch days. They contacted the hotel where the property manager there absolutely refused to change the dates knowing I wasn’t going to be there. Also, refused any type of refund and allowed the booking to go through as if I was there. I understand that it was extremely last minute as I was unaware of the mistake however to not change the date of the booking or even offer some sort of a compromise or resolution, I find is very poor customer service. All I wanted was an easy date switch on my booking so I can come visit family for Thanksgiving. I have since booked elsewhere
