We booked the hotel because of the location and because the pictures looked great. Nice and modern. When we arrived there, the room was in really bad condition. There were hairs in the bathroom, very old showers and no space to even move. The water was not flushing so it was all the time dirty. The bedroom bed for the sea view bedroom were two doubles together, so with a gap in the middle. Very hard mattress. When we asked they told us they were new and that's why they were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable sleep. Lots of noise every morning as people were slamming the doors every morning. I think people were smoking in the rooms as the smell was disgusting all the time. The rooms did not look like the pictures shown at expedia. Contacted the receptionist and the manager was not in the hotel. Was supposed to call us back next day and she didn't. She didn't want to give us a refund, they just offered us another room bigger but on same conditions, very old not well maintained at all. We didn't move due to the hassle of moving. Expedia told us the hotel owner decides if they could refund us, and offered us an option to place a claim when back in the Netherlands. The towels were so hard that it was like a daily scrub, cant believe they don't buy new towels for guests. Breakfast was repetitive every day the same, pool chairs not in a good condition so they looked cheap. Many other customers were complaining a lot. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
