The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff is very friendly. The B&B is also very close to Oyster Pond, which has some nice walking paths. The main negative, however, is that the walls/ceilings are quite thin, so you can hear every move your neighbors make. If you are a light sleeper like my husband, this can lead to a bad night despite the comfortable beds. Also, the rooms are in need of a bit of TLC - chipped paint etc. detract from the otherwise charming atmosphere.
