We stayed in room 121 on August 26, 2014, The door would not lock or shut It kept popping open throughout the night TV didn’t work AC unit didn’t work no Internet back entryway door was broke vending machine was broke. Ice machine was broke. I told front desk what was going on and asked for another room in which I was told they couldn’t do that and they would send maintenance to check it out around 8:30 PM we was moved to another room we checked in on August 27,2024 at 12:30am. No breakfast in the morning rude Staff, They moved this to room 118. We stayed there about thirty minute left came back and couldn’t get back into the room so we slept in the hallway Two hours waiting on them to try to figure out what’s wrong with the door. The keys wouldn’t work the batteries wouldn’t work and the door wouldn’t open. Moved t room 105 tv Didn’t work Cable box did not work coffee machine was disgusting no towels Still no ice machine or vending It was hot inside the hotel lobby and hallways on August 27, 2024 we was asked if we were checking out or staying over we said we were staying over they moved us from a one king Bed to a double king bed for the mishaps of our stay August 28, 2024 they charged us $79.39 for our previous night stay with an attitude I was told the $45 rate did not apply to me because I had a double bed. I did not ask for a double bed I asked for a single king, because we stayed over an extra night due to lack of sleep they over charged us we want a FULL REFUND.
