The man who checked me in was very pleasant. The room itself was on the second floor, as I'd requested. It was clean and large. I thought the bed was comfortable, my husband said it was a bit too soft for him. There wasn't a luggage rack for our suitcase, so I had to place the suitcase on the floor. The sink area was large and well lit. However, there wasn't any soap. I had to go into the bathtub area and get body wash from there to wash my hands at the sink. It would have been nice if they had provided a small bar of soap or body wash at the sink area. There was a sign near the electrical outlet that said "coffee pot OR hair dryer." The motel didn't provide a hair dryer, but I'm guessing they're telling you not to use both at the same time or something bad will happen. They advertised a continental breakfast, but it was actually a bit more than that. They had bread, bagels, muffins (cut into fourths), English muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. The only creamer for the coffee was a pump bottle of Coffee Mate flavored creamer or milk. They also had juice. The breakfast was available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. which was nice.
The motel is conveniently located right off the freeway. If I were in the area again for just a one night stay, I'd stay here again. I don't think I'd want to spend a week here, though.
