Good spot in town
It was fine, the room was clean other than some B.O. smell that lingered. That is the only issue I had, oh other than my 2nd day I went to breakfast and didn't think about checkout time since I had only been there a night, so when I came back my key didn't work and the receptionist tried to tell me I owed , then she updated my key .

My pillow cases were dirty my sheets were dirty my room smelled like stinky feet I asked her to rooms but they said since I booked through a third comp thisany they could not change my room they let me check in early to just meet finding extra hair on the floor from another person before I even got there then I asked if I could stay an extra 15 minutes late they were at my door exactly at 10 minutes early I just wasn't very happy with my results

Nice Place But Limited Amenities
Nice place and updated however the bathroom sick was stopped up, remote batteries dead, office hours are limited and unable to contact anyone for assistance. They supplied great coffee in the morning but not any breakfast.

There was a big burn mark on the floor that looked like it was something gross. It wasn't, but we had to look several times. The telephone did not work. And we asked for extra pillows as there were only two, and were told they didn't have any, but would in the morning. We were leaving in the morning, so that didn't help. But it was a nice place, good price and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

My personal experience was terrible. I could not sleep from the street noise, and people in the hallways. A shooting also happened my second night!!!! someone shot right at the hotel lobby below my window, I was horrified, couldn’t sleep and im just glad my stay is over. -Nothing against the staff, they did their job were kind and professional, but the hotel is a big NO, do not stay here especially if you have children. -Hotel policy also makes you sign a no refund statement upon arrival

Building looked new but it felt weird. I feel like many families live for longer periods of time, many people smoking outside, everything looked clean but when I got in my room it smelled weird. Parking was good, the coffee machine when I got there was empty and no cups, but it wasn’t comfortable bc many people lived there, dongs, and many homeless around. I stayed there because of the price.

Our room was fine, and clean. Having the smokers at the front door every time we came in was unique.

There were a lot of beggars around and the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere so we ended up moving to a different hotel.

4/10 Fair

Front desk is closed and hotel locks at 10pm!! This should be made prominent when booking. I knew I landed at 11pm and upon arriving at midnight the doors to the hotel were locked. I walked around the building at midnight looking for an open door. Finally someone told me there was a phone in the breezeway to wake up an employee to come check us in. She was pleasant even having been woken up. It was the most bizarre experience at a hotel. We were woken up at 4am by what sounded like workers, maybe were guests talking extremely loudly in the hallway and the elevator ding sounded like it was in our room. Freeway noise was super loud. For $144 I expected a little more than what I got.
