This is a lovely hotel with brilliant staff. It’s really handy for the tram, only a few steps away, so if you’ve arrived by train this is ideal. Out of the busiest bit of the city centre but easy to get to and handy for lots of eateries.

Hotel quality is mediocre but clean and tidy. Lifts were a nightmare, you wait for ages! The staff in reception were great, the bar staff were awful, so slow we gave up in the end! Breakfast was great, probably the best part. Would not stay here again though.
