This was a good hotel to stay in during my one-night stay in Glenwood Springs. The staff here is friendly, and the breakfast was great for a hotel buffet breakfast. Our room was plenty comfortable and clean.
While the hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable, it lacks in some areas of comfort and modernity. The ceilings feel very poorly insulated, making it very easy to hear the footsteps of people in rooms above you. My wife and I were awakened to the stomping of boots, back and forth, in the room above us for nearly an hour, at around 5:30am. My friends in different rooms shared similar experiences. Additionally, the TV in our room was a bit clunky to use, with a guide that didn’t reflect current channels or shows running, and no modern streaming service access, though this wasn’t a big issue.
Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay, but noise from other guests made it hard to get a good night’s rest.
