This was my second time staying at this hotel while traveling through. I booked this time based on my previous experience— but this stay will be my last. My check-in experience was very good, with a friendly check-in clerk. Unfortunately, this hotel will be losing my business over a hairdryer. There was no hairdryer in my room and the room coffee maker didn’t work. Neither make for a good start to the day. On check out, I wanted to let the desk clerk know so the next guest wouldn’t have the same experience. The morning desk staff was more interested in her phone than in being of assistance. She said, “Some rooms have hairdryers and some don’t, and we don’t have any at the desk.” Well then, you’ve blown it with my business.
