HOTELS.COM customer service is a JOKE!!!
When I got the the hotel, the clerk told me that they had no record of Hotels.com sharing any records that I had to cancel and reschedule dates of my stay. Clerk said try calling them first. Well good luck finding an 1-800 number anywhere on the website!!! I had to Google search just to find one!!! Once I got a hold of someone and explained the situation- not only was she rude as F**K, but constantly kept putting me on hold so she didn’t have to talk to me. At one point I even ask the clerk to speak with her and she was equally just as nasty. So then she puts me on a 20 minute hold to connect me to someone else. Keep in mind I’ve been here almost 45 minutes waiting on Hotels.com to give me something!
So EVENTUALLY we get transferred and the girl ultimately said “oh it looks like our system had an error occur…..” on somehow the clerk kept clicking on stuff and it finally went through and she said thanks but you ain’t any help!
So Deyh at the front desk was the ONLY person who did everything she could to get me into a room. So THANK YOU BEST WESTEN PLUS! THANK YOU DEYH!!!
Hotels.com YALL ARE SOME CROOKS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOD AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!
