The person on duty gave us our room number and she. We got up to the room door was open and lights on went back down to front desk she said that is your room and to go on it went back up went in all doors were open on everything in there we try to shut the door the lock is stuck out we try to get it to go in but will not we could not shut the door closed went back to front desk try to explain this and keeps interrupting saying just hold the door key on the pad and lift the handle that will release the lock once again we go back up and that doesn’t work either the door handle just jiggles we once again go back to front desk try to tell her again she just keeps interrupting saying well it’s blinking red and green it must be the card. At that point I ask for the manager she says there is not one on duty. I ask to switch rooms at this point it has been a 30 minute process of going up and down to 2 nd floor with all of our luggage with no results and finally says fine I will switch you. We even took a video to show her what the door was doing. Very poor front desk assistant acne. My group was three women . Not professional and first impression she leaves us with is the hotel does not really care about their guest
