I stayed here for five nights. There was a sign stating that new management took over roughly six months ago, so I assumed things wouldn't be perfect. I stood in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged for 5-10 minutes. I'm literally the only person there besides three staff members behind the counter. Finally, one said it would be just a minute after sitting there ignoring me for five. breakfast isn't included-I knew this ahead of time. However, there was no free tea/coffee in the lobby. I was planning to get a coffee before heading out for the day during my stay.
I didn't use the pool. It was too cold outside.
The room is poorly organized. One nightstand had everything needed and the other had nothing. No lamp, phone, plug-in, etc. The microwave was plugged into a burnt outlet. Microwave leaned forward. The first sink had little to no water coming out of the faucet. The sink in the bathroom had a leaking faucet.
My final thoughts. This is a hotel that provides the basics. A place to sleep. If you are looking for more than that, look somewhere else.
