Loved the vibe of this hotel, especially the bar/restaurant area - good DJ’s and great food. However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner) Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again

Unique Hotel in a good location!
The Hotel is very unique and I enjoyed my stay there. The people at the reception are welcoming and friendly, however, the cleaning staff does not seem to understand what the "Do not disturb" signs mean, as they knock anyway and even open the door before check-out time while people are still sleeping. They are friendly but the management should make sure they are paid long enough to be there so that they can wait for the people who don't check out early :)

Hotel was clean, funky and super well equipped. Staff was delightful and the area was super cool with lots of great dining options around should you want a change from their - otherwise very good - restaurant. Rooftop bar is definitely a plus! Would recommend and go again if in the area!

Great Location!
Cool place to stay. Lovely breakfast spread and cool rooftop bar. We stayed in the XL room which I recommend. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Ask for a quiet room. I think the lower rooms may be a bit noisy as it's on a main street close to clubs.

good hotel with consistent service/style/quality over the group [stayed in Paris / London both similar expereince]. Was happy to see the effort of sustainability in the room but the bar still using plastic straws conflicts with that attempt.

It’s terrible that they charge you 50 euros per night for room even though I paid bill already .., it did go back into account in departure. But they should take money before just t as me card details . I e we not use them again

Impeccable service!
Immensely enjoyed my stay here. Really comfortable bed and very quiet room. The location was very central too. I was particularly impressed by the service. Everything was so seamless. I usually find one part of a hotel’s service to be weaker than the others, but here all the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping worked so well together! I’m hoping to come back soon!
