This property is a time sucker. Too many details to check-in, it’s mid-advertised with the photos. The refrigerator was broken so my food spoiled overnight. Incredibly disrespectful given the cove and 19 crisis-my food..
It’s a ground floor apt and all windows look right onto the sidewalk-this means the pedestrians and cars are inches away and there is ZERO privacy. You can’t open the shades at all. And, no blackout curtains so it’s extremely bright in the am as the blinds are white. The one couch must be from a thrift store, it’s hard and slopes a bit, is stained and is just uncomfortable simply to sit on. The heat takes a very long time to warm up as the ceilings are high and it’s not a hotel-it’s not set up for temp changes. The showers are cold, because the ceilings are high, the steam escapes immediately-no shaving your legs. The parking instructions say to park on the top floor of the garage-it’s a lot of floors and the garage key is inside so you have to double park, illegally to get to(unless your a true boy scout-then checkin will take 30 mins longer). It was clean enough-but not vacuumed and no one cleaned the refrigerator, so no one knew it was broken. You have to upload your ID to their website to checkin-I wasn’t comfortable with that and neither Expedia or the property would respond as to an alternative-I ended up putting stickers over the personal info and uploaded that-it worked so, I guess they don’t really need that because my info was literally not there.
