Well we were told we'd have a pool view room and we didn't. Wouldnt even let us change rooms, even though they have availability. They allow dogs after its says service dogs only and there were, atleast, 2 people with dogs, that were clearly not service dogs. Was told theres never any on our side of the hotel, which is a lie. The hallways smelled like a wet dog and my allergies say otherwise. My son is now having issues with his allergies. The pool is heated but they refused to acknowledge it wasn't working. After we told them mulitple times it wasnt working. Once we ripped into them, they realized it wasnt even on. Told them 2 or 3 times we didnt want room service and room service still came in. Even though they threw stuff away we didn't want, i let front desk know they threw stuff away without knowing if we wanted to keep it. Told her we didnt want them back and she made the room service man go get it out of the trash. Uncalled for. Also they have 2 cart so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck. And pretty sure the thermostat on the wall is for show. It doesnt work. Was hot in the room and put it at 66. Came back 4 hours later and still was warm and said it was 72. Parking is terrible for $26 a night. If you dont get back at a good time, prepare to walk a good distant. Breakfast is also the same thing, everyday; no bacon. Also 90 percent of employees doesnt understand english. So It makes it hard to communicate. Hotel was clean and did have big rooms.
