Expedia did not submit my booking. I had to wait for hours until things were sorted out. When I thought everything is solved Expedia also forgot to submit that I booked breakfast. The receptionists were helpless and asked me to sort it out. But as a guest this shouldn't be my responsibility. The next day they provided breakfast complimentary because of the inconvenience. Generally the staff was very different. Some attentive an quick (especially during breakfast) and some quite some slow - but all friendly. My journey wasn't what I expected therefore. But the hotel is nice and provides a relaxed athmospehre. Anyway I cannot recommend to proceed a booking via Expedia ever again. Their reply to e-mail was: It could take 72 hours - 28 days for a reply from the responsible dapartment. Thanks for nothing.
