War alles super, Essen war klein aber fein Strand 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Essgelgenheiten auch in gehweite. Shuttlebus dierket nach rom auch in gehweite. Sehr zu empfehlen

Highly recommend!
The owners are so welcoming and hospitable. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless and had everything required and more. They organized my shuttle to the airport and I left with a bag full of snacks. Highly recommend! It’s super close to the delicious restaurants along the river too.

Amazing stay
Armando and Roberta were the best. Truly thinking of every detail from information, directions, recommendations, not to mention the room. Wonderful place to stay close to airport with private parking included and walking distance to great local and economical restaurants. They even sent us off with snacks.

A hidden Gem.
The room was just lovely, comfortable, very clean, and with great attention to detail. Armando was a wealth of information and invaluable in helping us with directions, places to eat..We could never have made it to rental car returns without his directions. The goodies upon checkout were also a nice surprise. You wouldn't think such a hotel would be in this area but it was exactly what we hoped for and very close to the airport.

We had an exceptionally early intl flight so wanted to be close to FCO. So glad we stayed here. Incredibly attentive and helpful hosts. Warm and welcoming, made us aware of options close by in Fumicino, resulting in an incredible evening of dining and relaxation vs schlepping it back to Roma and fighting the traffic and crowds. Love these people, wish more were like them

Loved the hosts. They set a new high bar for us with their hospitality and care for us. It really was amazing. We felt like family…really. The convenience of being 15 minutes from FCO airport for our early flight made sense, but this gem of a place and the hosts make it a must for us from now on.

Great hosts! Property safe and clean with parking in their lot. Short walk to a choice of restaurants by the port. A park across the street if you want to get a walk in. I would surely stay here again if I had to fly out of Fiumicino Airport.

We cannot recommend staying here enough! Albis place is about 10 minutes from the airport. When we arrived to check in, the hosts made sure we knew where we were going in the morning and helped to set us up a taxi. They gave us directions on how to get to our next location and just made them next morning really stress-free and smooth for us. There is also a small strip of restaurants by the water that is a short, five minute walk away from the property, it was perfect for grabbing a quick drink and bite to eat after a long day of flying. On our way out the next morning, the host gave us a snack bag, and we were just overall amazed by their generosity and hospitality. They made you feel really welcome in their home. We are excited to come back!

Excellent Stay in Fiumicino
I had a fantastic stay! The attention from the front desk and the owner couple was excellent—they truly went above and beyond. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient and felt safe throughout my stay. Amazing place to stay
This was the best place we stayed in Italy, and it was just to be close to the airport. If you want wonderful and helpful hosts, a clean and well supplied room, a comfortable bed, helpful assistance for getting into Rome, taxi reservations made for you, a treat bag to take to the airport, and an overall delightful place to stay — this is the place for you. Armando and Alberta are fabulous hosts and good human beings. This is easily a 5+ experience

Surprise gem..
It was great. The facility was excellent. Super close to the airport and was it only a 3 minute taxi ride to our drop off. They scheduled the taxi for us as without prebooking a taxi one would not be available. The nicest hotel couple we had met. Free drinks in the room frig, and a large gift bag of snacks for us on our departure. Restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse, which has a charming and tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle of central Rome. The care and thought put into rooms and amenities and attention to detail in the property create a welcoming environment. The location in Fiumicino is great for those seeking a quieter setting, but be aware it’s a 10-15 minute drive to central Rome. While Uber can be expensive (€40 from the airport and €70 into the city), booking a taxi with Roberta for just €25 is a much more economical option. Public transport is available, but it can be complicated. Overall, a lovely stay with just a minor consideration regarding location and transport.
