The hotel is located in a very good, calm and safe area. The public transport is also very good there. The staff was not very friendly and had no interest in the hotel guests and offering them a good service and therefore a good stay. We booked the hotel room with the cleaning service and were informed at check-in that the cleaning was only done every 3 days free of charge, so one day before our departure, which logistically makes no sense at all. Despite contacting Expedia, as the room rate and included services are misleading and do not correspond to the amenities booked by the consumer, no solution was found. We would have booked a different hotel with a clean room from the outset.
