A great location with an "airline" theme throughout the hotel (i.e., cabin service, cockpit, etc.). However, there is a major issue with the beds (installed just a few weeks ago): They have tufted ticking (the cover of the mattress has "flowers" with hard rods in the center for each tuft) which results in the most uncomfortable sleep I have experienced in any bed in a long time. I requested a topper and they didn't have any. As such, while the room is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, lots of style and with dozens of plugs -- you are tired because of tossing and turning all night trying to avoid the rock-hard "flowers" from digging into you. The beds are like a hospital bed so they retract back towards the wall to give you more space.
There is no coffee machine in the room and the free coffee is only between 6 and 7 or 7:30 depending on the day.
The internet drops frequently, and so I was trying to use Google Chrome Casting to watch TV and the service would drop. A tech came by to try and reset the service--which worked for that day only.
There is a rooftop "ski" lodge-like bar and balcony with a great view of the city.
There are so many positives, but the negatives outweight them.
