Extra COSTS + HASSLE with this place
Bridgestreet is a UK company that buys condos and rents them out via websites like Hotels.com that don't give you a way to pay for the extra parking fee. So you show up with your paid reservation and realize that you are on your own in a huge building, with a receptionist who just has an envelope for you, with NO ability to help you. Try calling the number on the slip of paper -- as we did when we realized that we had no parking permit -- and you'll get a clueless answering service which just forwards messages to the actual Bridgestreet employee "Ryan." It took 2 hours total and 3 calls during working hours, with our calls marked "urgent," to finally get a call back. After that, we didn't even want to call about the weird "beep" we heard every 15 min our entire stay.
Unlike other buildings, where the receptionist takes down your car's license plate upon check-in, notes that you're staying there, and PROTECTS your car from towing, Bridgestreet leaves a parking pass without mentioning anything to the front desk or the TOWING company lurking the garage, delighted to make big bucks by towing guest cars whose drivers have made the very human error of forgetting to put out the parking pass once, as we did on the 3rd night of our three-night stay. So be prepared to pay an additional $175 ($150 towing fee + $10 tax + a cab fee of $15) if you ever are a human being and forget to put out the parking pass one night. When asked, Ryan's attitude was "your fault, screw you, bye!"
