This was a huge disappointment. However, most of it is due to false/wrong information on their website. According to Expedia/their website, this place had 11 restaurants, 11 bars and 11 cafès. They have none. At first they blamed it on covid; though I am pretty sure they did not "remove" 11 restaurants because of the pandemic. I also ordered all inclusive, which is quite impossible when they have nowhere to serve refreshments etc. And yeah; they fixed their website the following day.
Their manager, Fazzan said he would "compensate" me by taking me on a boattrip at 10.30am the next day. At 10.30 I was there, he wasn`t. At 11.15 he texted me saying I had to come on the next trip instead at 11.40. At 11.40 I was there; he wasn`t. At 1pm he texted me saying "next day". Hopeless. He also didn`t understand the problem with the information being wrong...
