Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is brilliant, central but quiet. Mini kitchen was ideal, filter water tap available too. All cups and glasses were spotless. A really lovely welcome of lemon water in reception and card. Lots of lovely touches, sweets at reception. Really friendly and helpful staff - would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful Victorian mansion. We were upgraded to the large suite and enjoyed the wonderful decor. The bathroom was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selections and service was great.
