dommage que l'isolation phonique n'est pas très efficace . nous avons eu tous les soirs un saxophoniste qui joué jusqu'a minuit et on avais l'impression d'être dans la salle et en plus de la route bruiallante. personnel très sympathique sinon . très situé (monuments et resto )

정말 최악입니다.가족이넷이라 스위트룸을 예예약핬는데 방이없다고 룸2개를 주었는데 정말좋지않습니다.지하방에 곰팡이냄새나고 뭔가가어설프고 정말좋지않습니다. 비추입니다.

Over all the stay was good but Few of the instances I would like to report. We have done full payment through Hotels.com but after reaching there on the second day all of a sudden manager demand to make payment as they have not received any payments through hotel.com. I was a bit shocked and panicked, luckily I was carrying the print out of my payment which I showed them and after an hour and two arguments and discussions they found the payment received. The trauma and mental torture I went through all this time was agonizing. Similarly one day there was no electricity in our room whole day and one day there was an issue in internet.

너무 늦은 시각에 체크인을 해서인지 지하1층에 있는 객실을 배정받았음. 지하라 어둡고 곰팡이 냄새가 심했음. 계단이 없고 엘리베이터 한대로 이용하는 거라 외출할 때마다 엘리베이터를 기다려야 함. 조식은 8시부터였는데 8시에 가니 준비가 덜 되어있었고 8시 30분쯤 세팅이 완료되어 조식을 먹을 수 있었음. 위치는 블루모스크 뒷쪽, 큐축아야소피아 방향이었는데 찾기가 쉽지는 않음. 호텔 바로 옆에 공항셔틀회사가 있어서 편리하게 이용하였음.

The advertised check-out time on hotels.com said 2pm, however the front desk person said that was an "error" and it should be 12pm. This was not the best time to be informed of such a surprise, especially when your next flight out is at 7pm. Front desk person wasn't much help, and said if we wanted to change rooms at 12pm to another room on a lower floor we could "arrange" something. The last minute sight seeing got scrapped as I now had 2 hrs less. The location is a bit shady compared to other hotels nearby. Hot water was good, sliding glass door to balcony didn't close properly - which is not good for safety. With A/c on the room made a lot of noise and didn't feel the breeze well, vents needed cleaning. Unable to operate safe - no instructions in English were provided (or in any other language). Don't see myself hurrying to visit this place anytime soon.

Alice Hotel
When I got to the hotel I was very impressed that they offered me tea, juice, and breakfast because my room wasn't ready yet and I had to wait around. Once I finally got to my room - I had booked a room with a view and yet they put me in the basement (so no windows); The bathroom smelled pretty bad and it had not been cleaned (unimpressed, but I chose not to complain). Otherwise the room was nice. I didn't sleep well as 1) They have a live band that plays late into the night, and kept me up for ages (not nice when you're jet lagged), and 2) my room was in the basement, and I could hear everyone clattering around outside. So if you are staying here make sure you ask to NOT be in the basement level, and you have been warned about the live band. Otherwise the hotel was okay, nice breakfast served, and a 5-7 minute walk to Hippodrome Square. It is very hard to walk here from the tram stop if you have lots of luggage, mostly because it's a steep hill down to the hotel and the footpath is cobbled.

Une catastrophe!!!!
Une catastrophe!!!! Lors de notre arrivée l'hôtel nous a mis à dispo une chambre au niveau -1 avec une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre et les 2 personnes à l'accueil nous signalent que l'hôtel est complet alors qu'à l'entrée il y avait une pancarte "free" ou bien il fallait donner 15 € par nuit supplémentaire .Nous avons souhaité rencontrer le directeur qui a bien voulu nous changer la chambre. Niveau propreté la chambre était nettoyé 1 jour sur 3. Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau un matin et personne pour nous signaler le problème. niveau insonorisation on entend les personnes des autres chambres prendre leur douche par exemple et le soir music à fond car il y un pub. Petit déjeuner horrible quasiment rien à manger nous avons décidé de le prendre à l’extérieur durant notre séjour. Le seul point positif : la proximité des sites à visiter Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel.

Terrible stay
This hotel is not what it is advertised to be. We were given the basement room which was dirty and very noisy. The basement room is next door to the kitchen you can hear banging noises at 5 am. What doesn't help is the awful Saxo playing all night. Due to the room not being what it was advertised we had to change rooms which cost a extra £75.00( 350tl) room 202. Even with this room the t.v was not working you could only have a shower for 5 minutes as the water would overflow when I complained to reception he could not understand a word of English. No coffee maker as told by reception or water bottles the bed sheet were dirty and were not changed once during our stay for 1 week. When we arrived we were told breakfast would be served at 8am when we went down to have breakfast we were told it would open at 9am they're is a lack of communication and no care for the money we paid at this place I could have stayed at a better hotel. Would not recommend this place to any one. My wife did confront all the reception staff who did not want to know even when I spoke to them no understanding of customer service what so ever

On a eu une salle au sous-sol, on peut dire sans fenêtre. Il y avait des chambres libres (comme noté sur la porte de l’hôtel), mais on a été refusé le changement. La cabine de douche coulait - on a eu plein d'eau après la douche. La seule bonne chose, c'est le placement entre la petite Sophia et la Mosquée Bleue, à coté du bazar de la Mosquée Bleue.

Dinner: Chicken served was from frozen processed food. Coffee was made with instant coffee. Room: Room had good size and was clean, but it was underneath the restaurant, and the noise kept us awake until after 2 in the morning. Bathroom: Bathroom was clean, but a strong odor came from the shower drain. This hotel should be rated as 2 stars.

Noisy room, inefficient staff
Not sure about the other rooms, but it might be worth requesting not to stay in the first floor room behind the lobby. You'll get lots of street noise and you can hear every conversation in the lobby. And don't count on breakfast being on time or anything being very efficient. The rooms are well-decorated at least.

Near Old City - Noisy - Excellent room
We stay 1 night. The reception is small, but the room was excellent. Good size, decoration, good bathroom (it's new), good hot water. It's near to the old city (approx. 8 blocks). The neighborhood is not pretty but we felt safe including at night. You can take the istanbul shuttle bus from/to the Airport that has the office at the corner (10 Euros from Sabina each person). I had the room at the ground floor, and it's was very noisy when the people enter to the hotel (the noc-noc of the main door).

酒店地址與hotel.com所標示的地圖不附，酒店並不是在sultanahmet站，而是離這個站有15分鐘步行遠的地方，令我找了很久，我是因為看見酒店正在電車站旁才預訂的，但到達才發現不在站旁，問了好幾個人也找不到，非常徬徨! 地圖標示錯誤不知是酒店錯還是hotel.com錯了
