In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since there was no staff available at that time, we had to carry our luggage up three floors.
The night before check out, we lost electrical power in our apartment, once again we had to contact the management via the WhatsApp account to have it restored, we were told that because of the time there might not be any staff in the building to restore the power and that we most likely would have to wait until the next morning, “luckily” there was in fact somebody available and after about 30min the lights came on again.
We could definitely stay here again, but I think they should have at least one member of staff available 24h that can handle these type of issues, if not in the premises, at least on call. The company has many properties in that block, all of which use the WhatsApp account system, so I don’t think is an unreasonable request. I think it would be a big improvement in their customer service.
