Awful Horrible Terrible Stay Gross Food
We asked for a quiet room. The front desk supervisor put us in a room next door and also across the hall from members of a wedding group. We found out later the groups had been very rowdy the night before. We barely slept all night. We went out twice (11:30pm & 3:30 am) to talk to them. We also called the front desk 4x to complain. The next morning the supervisor said the only thing she could do was move us to a different room. So we had to pack up and move. Why hotels punish the people who’ve been wronged in this way baffles us. We were being penalized by having to pack up rather than the parties making noise and disturbing everyone. Those people should have been moved to the worst rooms possible or kicked out of the hotel. The second night was no better than the first. We had what sounded like a family of elephants above us. When they walked we could hear every step. There seemed to be at least 2-3 young kids up there who kept jumping off the bed & hitting the floor with a loud boom well past midnight. So began our second night, no better than the first. We could hear the adults talking up there so they had to be aware of all the noise the kids were making. I called the front desk 4x again. The upstairs guests never stopped making noise. My husband was kept awake for over 2 hours. Then at 5:30am the bed jumping started up again. We were up because we had an early flight.The front desk did nothing to compensate us for the awful experience. Hyatt Hotels has lost our business.
