This was a crazy experience. Prior to our arrival, we had seen a note in the fine print that contact was required two days before checking in. However there are no contact details so it is very difficult to know who you should contact.
First of all it is quite hard to find. We arrived when it was dark and could not find a sign or anything that shows where it is located. We came by car to a locked gate with no one in the area and no other way in. We were lucky enough to encounter one of the other residents that could help us enter the residential area and get us in contact with the lady running the place.
The room had a distinct smell of cigarettes and is generally in quite poor condition. The upside is that it is spacious, beds are big and comfortable and the kitchen area is ok. The location is not great. Most importantly it takes quite a while to enter downtown Miami.
During our stay we had no contact with staff (!), no cleaning, no instructions on where/how to check out. I would not recommend this place.
