How they treat you in check in and check out is totally different, when you are at the check in they are smiling welcoming, and during the check out noone looking at your face. In my first day l had a good expression about the hotel thats why l rebook another rooms for my next trips just littlebit later then now, however l should have waith first night to rebooking decision. Starting from first night my bathroom collected lots of water and l said many many times to front desk this problem they took care of it after 3-4 days later, and even after reparmemt it collected water. I was so sick and l had to take shower frequently, once l infromed front desk about the water collection they send me a man who is waiting at the entrance of the hotel, he told me that please dont write any thing about the hotel l will put towel on the water and there is no hause keepers now to clean it ( the time is 4.30 pm) an he told me that put the towel on it when the water comes. The next day, afternoon again the bathroom collected water and l didnt want to fell down because of that l put the towel on the water how the other man said, then l called front desk to inform it, however the man who waits at front desk he shouted to me, this is not acceptable, how a hotel workers can shouted to their guests. This hotel has to think alot about their workers because they are so rude. They have no idea how to behave to their guest. Guest renting a room and a service, and guest paying for a good service!
