No hay nadie encargado, imposible reclamar
Pague el parque te con 2 camas, decía que una era un sofá o otra la cama, sin embargo, solo había cobijas para la cama, para el sofá no había nada, intenté contactar con el encargado y en la recepción solo me dieron un número de whats que al día siguiente solo me pidió mi nombre y jamás volvieron a contestar…. Entonces pagué por 2 camas y 2 personas y recibí 1 cama y toallas para una persona, no hubo limpieza, entraron a la habitación no se para que, pero afortunadamente no se robaron nada. Jamas pude contactar a nadie

Excelente alojamiento en medio de la jungla
Iba con un poco de miedo por las evaluaciones que tiene el lugar, sin embargo fue todo lo contrario. Desde la llegada los de seguridad fueron muy amables, nos registraron y nos dieron unas pulseras. La habitación era de gran tamaño y la cama muy cómoda. De las toallas solo te ponen 2 para bañarte pero pedimos al anfitrión unas para el piso porque se estaba mojando mucho y nos las proporcionaron inmediatamente. De los 7 días que estuvimos hospedados solo se nos fue la luz 1 vez en la noche y por 10 minutos. El acceso al alojamiento es de terracería por lo que se recomienda rentar carro, no hay banquetas y cuando llueve seguramente se llena de lodo. Las albercas siempre estuvieron limpias tanto las de la planta baja como las del roof top, eso sí el agua está fría. En general la relación calidad-precio es excelente, nos volveremos a hospedar el próximo año.

Gran alojamiento en medio de la jungla
Iba con un poco de miedo por las evaluaciones que tiene el lugar, sin embargo fue todo lo contrario. Tuve que reservar aquí de última hora porque me cancelaron una reservación que tenía en otro lugar y la verdad todo salió bien. La llegada al lugar si es complicada, se requiere carro forzosamente ya que es terracería y no hay banquetas. Si llega a llover obviamente va a haber mucho lodo. Por otro lado, en el lobby te atiende el de seguridad para registrarte y te dan un brazalete, mismo que te comentan puedes utilizar para ir al beach club Akná, que por cierto está bastante agradable y cerca de ahí, con la ventaja de no pagar estacionamiento y solo piden un consumo mínimo sin necesidad de pagar entrada o el uso de algún camastro. El alojamiento está más que agradable, con mucha vegetación, las albercas de muy buen tamaño tanto las de la planta baja como las de los roof top, siempre limpias y eso sí con agua fría. De los 7 días que estuvimos solo se nos fue la luz una vez en la noche y por 10 minutos. Acerca de las toallas, en efecto no te ponen más que para bañarte pero solicitamos unas para el piso y nos las proporcionaron inmediatamente así como papel de baño. Nunca escuché ruidos de construcciones, me hospedé en el edificio C. La atención fue inmejorable por parte del anfitrión y del personal de seguridad. Definitivamente regresaré por la relación calidad-precio.

El hotel muy bonito Buenas instalaciones No recibí previamente instrucciones para el check in pero fue rápido El internet solo sirve en las habitaciones No hay limpieza y los cuartos difieren. El estudio que rente tenía licuadora por ejemplo mientras el estudio de mis amigos no tenía. No están estandarizados con las cosas. Como no van a limpiar tampoco había cosas para hacer la linpieza. También ayudaría mucho así El camino para llegar no está pavimentado. Tener precaución

Buen lugar !
El lugar está hermoso, solo que mis sábana tenía mancha de sangre ! Tardaron 3 días en entrégarme el control, mi estancia fue de 6 días, y no hacen la limpieza, la puedes solicitar por un precio muy alto, considero que en estancias de más de 3 días si es necesario incluir una limpieza.

This place is a SCAM
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I am compelled to share my extreme disappointment with the state of the room. The level of cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable and far below basic standards. • The room was completely infested with spiders, with nests found on the walls, furniture, bathroom, shower, drawers, and even in the bed. • There were insect droppings on the walls, curtains, doors, and other surfaces, further highlighting the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. • The bedsheets had yellow stains, and the bath towels were torn and also stained yellow, which was utterly unacceptable. • To make matters worse, there was no running water, adding to the unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions. Due to these severe issues, I had no choice but to leave the hotel before the end of my stay. Furthermore, the communication with the concierge in charge was completely inadequate. My messages were ignored for extended periods, and responses only came hours later, sometimes not until the following day. This lack of proper customer service further exacerbated my distress. These conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and made my experience incredibly distressing. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. No guest should ever have to endure such an experience.

El camino para llegar está horrible, lleno de baches y construcciones. No hay tiendas o restaurantes cerca. Nunca nos respondió en encargado. Cuando llegamos no había luz y llevaba 4 HORAS SIN LUZ! No nos avisaron, fue una pesadilla. No vayan!!!!

El departamento está hermoso. Tiene un piso de mármol brilloso que oculta la humedad propia del lugar. Aún con chanclas corres peligro de resbalarte muy peligrosamente. Llegué y no había agua. Regresó el agua y se inundó el baño.Nada para secar más que las toallas del cuarto. No había manera de obtener toallas secas. El encargado muy tardado en comunicarse. Cuando por fin hubo agua, no salía en la regadera. 12 horas antes de acabar mi estancia me ofrecieron otro departamento para bañarme, solo porque estuve insistiendo. Ni te relajas ni es una estancia segura para tu integridad física. Tampoco servía el elevador por temas de lluvia. 4 pisos cargando la maleta. En ningún lado te advierten que eso puede pasar.

Mistiq Temple did not allowed a cancellation 30 Days prior to arrival. The location is out in the middle of the jungle however the roads are not ready for this type of establishment. Based on previous reviews and my visits to Tulum this hotel is not suitable for people without a car that plan to do anything outside the hotel. Thank you

The hotel and room are beautiful, we stayed 9 days party of 4. My daughters sheets were dirty upon arrival, in her room, they don’t have any house keeping, and there is nobody that u can talk to or request anything from. The biggest problem was not having enough towels to shower with. 9 days and only a few towels that remained wet and never replaced, no extra trash bags so the trash kept piling up, we had to buy trash bags, coffee, sugar,. Had coffee maker but no coffee or sugar, there was a lot of construction but that did not bother us, but when power was lost a total of three days off and on, we were not happy, we had no air no tv and some of the food we bought like ice cream melted. This hotel would of been so much better if we were able to communicate with somebody, it did have security downstairs, but they told us to send message to the fake concierge non existent. Also one of the bathrooms shower overflowed everywhere they did come to fix the shower but never responded to nothing else, so all this being said, the hotel would of been perfect, if it was complete it is still under construction and there is no help from anyone there. Bring your own towels and accessories , oh and also we had to purchase toilet paper too from the supermarket We stayed in the penthouse and the room despite everything, the room was beautiful, but I don’t think we would stay here again. Also we had a car rental, the roads are not made yet but they weren’t that bad. Need communication

El edificio y las instalaciones están muy bien como idea y los espacios increíbles. Solo nos tocó que no funcionaba el elevador y así es complicado subir maletas en 4 pisos y nadie te ayuda. Para ingresar hay que pasar un camino en muy malas condiciones, se requiere SUV

The property itself is beautiful, the apartment was really nice just with minor things, such as no TV in the family room however if you look into other apartments they had TVs, when it rains the wall to wall windows leaked inside however i inform my concierge Nudy, which was extremely helpful and made my stay great and assisted with any concerned i had. The apartment has all amenities (plates, cups spoons, towels both pool and shower, dish washing soap, bath soap.) They should add a washer dryer combo that would be a great add on for visitors. My only issue was the roads around the property, lots of construction buildings going up but the roads itself need attending too even if each property does there own front road. I rented a car and was afraid the car would get messed up, potholes craters road dippls and rocks (small and large) everywhere; so if you stay here i recommend to rent a suv, cross over some type of truck not a car. The location isnt bad, lots of restaurants and shops about 10 minutes away, a 7 eleven is also just 6 mins away. Again beautiful property will recommand to stay there but you need a vehical for the commute outside... and nudy thank you for all your assistance... I will be staying there again very soon.
