Reluctantly leaving a negative review as my room had bedbugs and I am covered in bites all over. I messaged the hotel twice but got no response. Room 007 on the ground floor. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Just around corner from North Ealing tube. Day parking is cheap here. Ealing centre is a short walk. Hotel itself is great value and comfortable

Stayed here for just one evening for a concert and would highly recommend. Easy to access the central line and orhee tubes into london from ealing broadway and west acton which are only a 10 minute walk. Very friendly staff and a very well kept and clean hotel and room. Would highly recommend

My sister and I stayed here for a week while on holiday. Staff was super polite and helpful and our room was very clean. I love that the hotel has a garden area in the back it was very pretty there and a nice place to hang out. Overall it was a great place to stay, close to multiple train stations and lots of stores/cafes around for anything you need

The hotel is in need of a little TLC, our room was tired. The cream carpets need changing as the poor cleaning was scrubbing them but they were past cleaning, the room size was very small not having much space to move, the bedroom window didn’t close, we didn’t get bottles of water on the 2nd day. The location is great for tube access and catching the bus. Parking at the station is around £5 a day and the little cafe was great for coffee and breakfast/brunch. (Rolling Oats)
