Third time staying here. Never previously had any problems. Accessed apartment using key code number. Popped out to the shop and got back around 6pm. Key code wouldn’t open the apartment door. Sent two WhatsApp messages that were ignored for 18 hours and answered the next day when I sent a third message. Called the landline phone number three times and no one answered.
Luckily after half an hour and using the code for the thirtieth time the door opened. Otherwise I would have been locked out overnight! With my bag inside.
So far had two messages apologising and saying the key logs say the code worked. But as I said this was the following day after check out time.
Absolutely shower, customer service doesn’t exist. Won’t be returning.
