We weren't able to sleep in the booked hotel because when we arrived they told us that they do not have our reservation. After 2 hours!!! of waiting we finally got an alternative which was about a 20 minute walk through the city (no, they didn't offer us a taxi or any refund!). It was a room with a lower standard, we were not able to shower as the water was coming out in every direction because of the chalky deposit. Also there was a lot of mold in the bathroom.
So the booking process seems to not work at all as we weren't the only customers with these kind of problems during this evening.
