Great location.
Small boutique hotel. Great location, just few steps from Golden Roof and 10 minutes walk to cable car, that takes you on the top of mountain to see the beauty of Innsbruck or to Hop-on Hop -off bus stop.
Excellent breakfast with option to order.

We wanted something traditional and in the city. The issues were mostly related to noise. I understand noise from foot traffic. Thats expected. However, the streets were being repaved with stone and they were working right in front of the hotel. This work was to be completed the previous week. We got very little sleep. The AC is european AC so it didnt cool the room. We opened the windows but again, the noise was too much. Some guy was running down the road yelling at the top of his lungs well after midnight. Maybe some Polizei presence is needed in these tourist areas? Hopefully they're nicer than the one we encountered in Munich. I also asked for an iron and board but never got it.
Positives - Staff were very pleasant. Especially our bartender and desk attendant upon check-in and check-out. The location is very convenient to Old Town for shopping and eating.

Charming Austrian hotel in old town Innsbruck
This is a charming hotel in the old town of Innsbruck. The room was very clean and modern. All of the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. They were helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to see. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the selection of food was abundant. I would definitely stay here again. I have no negative comments about the hotel.

A great hotel located in the Old Town of Innsbruck with a close proximity to all the important places in the City. Despite being located in a busy area of the city we had not problems with noise or any disturbance. The face there is a bar and a restaurant in the same place made our life so much easier coming back after a busy day. The staff at the hotel introduced and explained all the perks the City offer to visitors and who the best use them. Highly recommend place to stay when visiting Innsbruck.

Great!
Amazing hotel, large rooms, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, very clean. Parking available a short walk away and the hotel is in the center of downtown, perfect for walking everywhere.
Only complaint is we were on the second floor right above the restaurant and it was loud one of the nights. Restaurant stays open until 11pm.

The hotel is a beautiful old building in the historic centre. It is very quiet. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent. We were also impressed with our evening meal in the popular restaurant.
