Room was clean. Good location for Lowery, tram stops 5 mins walk. Sunday morning breakfast @09:30 was a bit of an ordeal, v busy, had to wait for a table and staff were continually trying to replenish breakfast items that had run out. 10am they stop replenishing so good luck if you wantva lie in.
