Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best, but there are some positive points, let start with those:
Pros:
*confortable bed
*nice gardens, well maintained
*cleanness of the rooms
*hotel decoration
*reception employees always able to help
*breakfast with live Balinese music
*close to the airport
Cons:
*the mold smell in the rooms: is incredibly strong, only able to breath with the balcony door open but then turns a playground for the mosquitos. When I checked in room I have reserved was so smelly that I need instantly to open it he balcony door, which was broken and couldn’t open it, the reservation manager was super friendly and upgraded me to a new room, which was bigger and nicer, however the smell was also there. Air spray doesn’t help at all at this stage of mold. If you are allergic then forget about sleeping there.
I guess during the pandemic these rooms were closed for so long and with such high humidity of Bali, it was impossible to keep the rooms well ventilated.
*the hotel building is quite old, but well decorated.
*no kids pool, so be aware that children will be running and screaming around in the main pool
*the beach is incredibly dirty, just in the hotel front a lot of garbage, is incomprehensible that such hotel which is so well clean maintained inside the property, leave the trash just in hotel front.
Overall the negative points have much more weight
