When I wanted to prepare some tea on the first night, I noticed that at least two of the four cups in the room (and the two spoons) were still dirty from the previous guest. I then sent a message to the hotel using Expedia's messaging feature, in which I asked for the cups to be cleaned on the next day. When I returned to the hotel on the next afternoon, the cups were still dirty, and I also had not received any reply to my message. I sent another message, to which I also received no reply. I then went to the reception, where they finally read my messages and said they would take care of it. When I returned to my room after dinner, I noticed that the "taking care" had consisted of just removing the two obviously dirty cups and spoons, without replacing them. I also noticed that at least one of the glasses in the room was also dirty. When I mentioned this issue again during check-out, I was offered a free soft-drink.
