Hotel views are great. The level of service, however, is borderline comical.
I could write a long list of points to be improved, from asking staff not to enter the room when the 'do not disturb' sign is on the door, to not asking "yes?" in a clearly annoyed way when all you want to do is order wine.
Housekeeping staff should also pay more attention (fridge not working, cupboard door not closing etc).
I guess it all comes down to badly trained, or untrained, staff.
This hotel wants the high prices but falls way short on details.
