The property itself is commendable. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the infrastructure is in excellent condition with modern fittings. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to endure cold baths throughout my stay. Despite calling reception for assistance multiple times, no one came to help. Consequently, I had to endure cold baths for seven days.
Additionally, the food was disappointing. On two occasions, I ordered a meal, and both times, it seemed like the food had been prepared a week earlier. This led me to resort to eating elsewhere. The poor customer service and subpar food quality significantly marred what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience.
